PROPERTIES
Poly- (vinyl acetate) based single component adhesive, water resistance class D2 according to PN-EN 204 for dowel guns. At full strength, the seam has good adhesion to wooden surfaces that are subjected to static and dynamic loads and has good initial adhesion.
USE
- Inserting dowels by using adhesive
- For bonding particleboard and fibreboard
- For bonding other wood and materials made from wood
- For use in cold presses and manual bonding
CLEANING
Tools should be washed in water as soon as the work is finished. Do not allow the glue to dry. Dried glue should be removed mechanically after soaking in hot water (about 1 hour).
STORAGE
Store in the original, tightly sealed containers at a temperature between +5 and +30 [°C]. The product stored in such conditions retains its properties within 6 months from the date of manufacture.

REFERENCES RELATED TO THE USE OF ADHESIVES
Material preparation
The surface to be bonded must be dry, cleaned and free from dust and traces of oil and grease that may reduce adhesiveness. Wood humidity cannot exceed 8 ÷ 12 [%]. The elements for gluing must be aligned with each other.
Application of adhesive
It is recommended to mix the adhesive thoroughly before use.
The glue can be applied in one or two layers using a dowel gun, a bottle with a dispenser, an applicator, a brush. The gluing surface must be evenly covered with glue.
Open time
Open time: approx. 5 [min]. The open time depends on the type of wood, porosity, amount of applied glue, humidity and temperature of air, glue and glued elements.
Bonding temperature
Use at 15 [°C] ÷ 30 [°C]. This applies to the ambient temperature as well as the temperature of all materials to be primed and the adhesive itself.
Pressing
– pressing pressure
0,1 ÷ 1,5 [N/mm2] within a range depending on the stresses in the materials to be bonded. When applying the glue manually, press the surfaces to be joined so that excess glue flows out.
– pressing time
depends on the elements to be bonded, the porosity, the absorption, the type of wood and its moisture content, the temperature and humidity of the air and the stresses in the materials to be glued. Klijuojamus elementus presuoti kol pasiektas bus Resistance leidžiantis atlikti tolimesnius darbus arba transportą.
Good bonding results can be achieved under the following conditions:
Bonding temperature 15 ÷ 25 [°C]
Relative humidity 40 ÷ 70 [%]
Wood moisture content 8 ÷ 12 [%]
Maximum open time approx. 5 [min]
The bonding surface must be evenly coated with adhesive
